I know nutrition has a lot to do with foods and diets, but perhaps what we do not pay attention to is the cleansing of the body from these foods that we ingest. When I first thought of creating this section, I had the idea of giving a list of preferred foods to be consumed first.

Right now though, I am in the middle of a fast, so I would like to invite all interested entities to this fast. The aim of this fast is to cleanse the body and below are the guidelines:

  1. Avoid all cooking oils/fat
  2. Avoid processed/canned foods
  3. Avoid animal food and all animal products

You can eat all other foods that you feel your body needs. It is that simple.
